The role requires supervising craft workers, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring safety & quality on projects. Travel may be required and eligibility to work in the United States is assumed.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years recent commercial electrician experience or related experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment background check and MVR check when operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers and plan labor requirements.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders for supervision area.
• Document daily/weekly/monthly safety activities and reporting.
• Inspect quality and quantity of finished work to meet specs.
• Enforce safety policies and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyze and resolve work problems and ensure policy compliance.
• Travel may be required.
