Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in commercial drywall construction.
• OSHPD experience is mandatory.
• Proven leadership experience as a foreman or superintendent.
• Deep expertise in metal stud framing, drywall systems, and finishing levels.
• Strong ability to read and execute from blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with tools like Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations—directing crews through metal framing, drywall hanging, finishing, and acoustical ceilings with efficiency and excellence.
• Plan, schedule, and execute with labor, materials, and equipment aligned to project needs.
• Enforce quality control and OSHA safety protocols on site.
• Mentor foremen and develop talent to build a culture of accountability and pride.
• Translate plans into precise execution by interpreting drawings and specs.
