Job summary

Entech Network Solutions, LLC partners with a commercial interiors contractor to hire a Commercial Drywall Project Manager in the Phoenix market. You will oversee metal framing, drywall and acoustical ceiling projects from award through closeout.

You will review plans, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with superintendents and general contractors, and handle RFIs, submittals and change orders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have project management experience with a commercial drywall or interiors subcontractor.
• Strong knowledge of metal framing, drywall and acoustical ceiling systems.
• Experience managing budgets, change orders, schedules and field coordination.
• Ability to read construction drawings and identify scope, sequencing and constructability issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial drywall, metal framing and acoustical ceiling projects from award to closeout.
• Review plans and contract requirements to define scope and gaps.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, schedules, procurement and documentation.
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, vendors and GCs to keep work moving.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Monitor labor and project costs and address issues affecting schedule or profitability.
• Communicate with customers and field leadership to resolve challenges.
• Support project billing and closeout requirements.
