Job summary

Blayze Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial drywall construction to oversee drywall, metal framing, and interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage financial, operational, and client-facing aspects, coordinate schedules and resources, and work closely with General Contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong communication and hands-on leadership across office and field teams.

Qualifications

• PM experience in commercial drywall or interior construction.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage drywall and metal framing projects from award to closeout.
• Review estimates, drawings, specifications, contracts, and project scope.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and procurement.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, architects, suppliers, and field teams.
• Manage material buyout and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor field progress, productivity, quality, and project performance.
