Job summary

Takeda in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Commercial Data Enablement Lead to optimize the value and quality of data across Takeda's commercial products, including USBU and IBU, to support analytics and AI readiness.

You will oversee the data portfolio, guide data acquisition, reuse and retirement based on business value, enforce metadata, lineage and data quality standards, and partner with cross-functional teams across product, architecture, privacy and AI to realize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, data, or life sciences.
• 12–15+ years in pharma or life sciences with deep experience in commercial data strategy and governance.
• Experience with enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of commercial domains like customer, digital health, content, and market access.
• Expertise in data standards, AI/GenAI data needs, and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the data portfolio and guide data acquisition, reuse, and retirement based on business value.
• Enforce metadata, lineage and data quality standards; embed standards into product lifecycle processes.
• Align priorities across business units and partner with cross-functional teams (product, architecture, privacy, AI).
• Track value realization, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
