Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy and operations, program or project management, portfolio management, business operations, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related discipline.
• Experience in a complex, global, matrixed pharma/biotech organization, preferably in R&D or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational priorities across DQS and the broader R&D organization.
• Establish governance structures, cadences, and escalation paths to support alignment and timely decisions.
• Provide strategic PM leadership for cross-functional priorities with integrated plans and milestones.
• Coordinate portfolio and resource planning across demand, capacity, and timing.
• Lead or coordinate organizational transition and operating-model initiatives.
• Translate complex information into executive-ready insights and decision materials.
• Develop operating practices, dashboards, and templates to strengthen accountability and transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management to enhance delivery.
