Actalent is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead onsite field operations for ground-up and tenant improvement projects in Spokane, WA. The role requires strong leadership, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee all onsite construction activities, monitor schedules, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track and

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent on ground-up projects.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from site development through completion.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, sequencing, finishes.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, schedules, drawings.
• OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain before start.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project or similar PM software.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all onsite construction activities for commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and field personnel to meet objectives.
• Monitor schedules and address delays, conflicts, scope changes proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide project updates and maintain documentation with PMs and stakeholders.
• Conduct site meetings, safety inspections and quality reviews.
• Manage punch-list and project closeout activities.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient jobsite.
• Ensure work meets plans, specs and building codes.
• Drive progress while maintaining relationships with clients and teams.
