Job summary

Commonwealth Construction Management (CCM) is seeking full-time commercial superintendents for projects ranging from $500,000 to $3,000,000 in the Central Virginia area. We value safety, clear communication, and hands-on leadership to simplify the construction process for clients.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 4–5 years of commercial field experience, 2 years supervising subcontractors, proficiency with MS Office, and read/plans knowledge. Procore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of commercial construction field experience.
• Two years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Procore is a plus.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction with emphasis on safety, quality and timely delivery.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate field operations.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Maintain project documentation and client communication.
