GPAC LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to own field operations across a portfolio of commercial projects. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate subs and trades, and drive schedule adherence with a hands-on management style.

You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with PMs, owners, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Seasoned construction superintendent with GC experience.
• Strong leadership and communication to coordinate field teams.
• Proven ability to manage safety, schedules, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily on-site construction operations from mobilization to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and communicate project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor jobsite safety and enforce procedures.
• Ensure activities meet plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Identify challenges and develop proactive solutions.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain logs.
