Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record managing projects of similar scope and value.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and Bay Area building codes.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Supervise subcontractors and self-perform crews, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a strong safety culture in line with OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve field issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation.
• Manage material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.
• Lead pre-construction and weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and permitting requirements.
