Job summary

Tegrity Construction is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for our Houston-area projects. You will supervise field teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage daily reports, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction, with ground-up/build-out experience, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record delivering ground-up buildings, retail, office, healthcare, education, or tilt-wall projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities and serve as the primary contact for field operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project team members to maintain workflow and schedules.
• Lead onsite meetings, including daily huddles, safety briefings, and weekly progress reviews.
