People Source OKC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in Oklahoma City. The role requires managing a full jobsite from start to finish, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on commercial construction experience, the ability to read blueprints, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial construction Superintendent experience REQUIRED.
• Must have experience running entire jobsites independently.
• Strong hands-on commercial construction background.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Knowledge of elevations, grades, layouts, and measurements.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple trades.
• Strong leadership and project coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable with a solid work history.
• Flexibility to work hours based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects from start to completion.
• Manage daily jobsite operations, crews, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
• Verify elevations, grades, layouts, and measurements.
• Coordinate all phases of construction and daily field activities.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources.
• Monitor project schedules, productivity, and quality.
• Communicate with Project Managers, vendors, inspectors, and other trades.
• Troubleshoot field issues and maintain project timelines.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain an organized jobsite.
