Engen Contracting, Inc. (“ECI”) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Superintendent who is:

• Highly experienced in commercial ground-up and remodel projects
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong scheduling and communication skills
• Comfortable managing subcontractors, coordinating inspections, and resolving onsite challenges proactively
• Knowledgeable in interpreting blueprints and managing MEP coordination
• OSHA 30 certified (preferred) and familiar with tools like MS Projects, Procore, daily safety meetings, and punch list generation
• Skilled in client and stakeholder interaction, including architects and city officials
• Able and willing to work flexible hours during critical project phases
• A strong team leader who upholds safety, quality, and professionalism on every job site

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Texas Driver’s License (or willing to obtain within 60 days)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• No alcohol or drug use permitted in the workplace
• Must be willing to complete a personality assessment for cultural fit
• This is a non-traveling role based in Central Texas
• Long-term growth potential within a thriving company
