Job summary

Aureate Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects in the Tampa area. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will manage contract administration, RFPs, and changes while coordinating with design teams, vendors, and field staff. OSHA 30 is required; PMP/CCM are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing projects valued from $1M–$50M+.
• Proficiency in project management software e.g. Procore, MS Project, P6, Autodesk, Bluebeam.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee contract administration, including RFPs, bid analyses, and change orders.
