Job summary

JRP-Atlanta LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules, and teams across healthcare, corporate offices, and interiors.

You will coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field staff, identify risks, and ensure quality and safety in occupied environments. Procore and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with projects for a commercial general contractor is preferred.
• Healthcare, corporate office, higher education, or related sectors desirable.
• Ability to read drawings, contracts, specs, and scopes of work.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Procore or similar CM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Coordinate field operations with Superintendents to align with goals.
• Manage subcontractors, contracts, scopes of work, and performance.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and docs.
• Lead communications with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and teams.
• Identify risks and address issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, or client expectations.
• Lead project meetings and maintain forecasting and reporting.
• Support quality control, safety, and compliance with contract documents.
• Build and maintain client and trade partner relationships.
