A fast-growing Atlanta general contractor needs a Project Manager with commercial interiors experience. The role is office based in Atlanta, with site visits as projects require.

Its two main verticals are commercial interiors and healthcare, with plans to grow a new construction division. The hire is driven by growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Run commercial interiors and healthcare projects of $500k-$10m, up to 200,000 sq ft, end to end
• Deliver work for large institutional and corporate clients
• Carry out typical PM duties: budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication
• Report to the Senior Project Manager or Project Executive
• Visit sites as needed and uphold the company's focus on safety, quality and integrity
