Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage commercial construction projects in Glendale, AZ. You will oversee contracts, schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The candidate should have at least 4 years of commercial/vertical construction PM experience, with ability to read blueprints and manage costs, vendors, and field teams. Full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of commercial/vertical construction project management experience.
• Experience with 4+ story projects is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project contracts, subcontracts, scopes, negotiations, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, crews, and internal teams.
• Procure long-lead materials and equipment and coordinate project requirements.
• Monitor progress, field quantities, costs, and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate permits and communicate with governing agencies.
• Track timecards, field logs, project costs, payables, and receivables.
