Responsibilities

• Manage project contracts, subcontracts, scopes, negotiations, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, crews, and internal teams.
• Procure long-lead materials and equipment and coordinate project requirements.
• Monitor progress, field quantities, costs, and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate permits and communicate with governing agencies.
• Track timecards, field logs, project costs, payables, and receivables.

Acara Solutions is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage commercial construction projects, with responsibility for project cost, schedule, quality, subcontractors, documentation, and client communication.

About the Opportunity

• Manage project contracts, subcontracts, scopes, negotiations, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• 4 years minimum of commercial/vertical construction project management experience; experience with 4+ story projects required.
