Job summary

Branco Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for commercial construction projects, ranging from $5M to $40M. The role requires coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery, with travel to sites as needed.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Office and field work are involved with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (7–10 years preferred).
Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills (scheduling, estimating, value engineering).
Software proficiency: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Establish overall project objectives for assigned projects.
Manage multiple projects and coordinate administrative/logistical support with Superintendents.
Prepare, maintain, and update project schedules; coordinate with field leadership.
Lead weekly progress/design meetings with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
Plan and manage procurement of materials and services.
Develop scopes of work and manage vendor/subcontractor coordination.
Manage project costs and participate in accounting updates and approvals.
Schedule and attend job meetings; manage project closeout procedures.
Travel to project sites as needed.
