You will drive on-time delivery, pricing strategies, and vendor coordination with Owners, General Contractors, and Sub contractors, while coordinating with field teams.

Candidate should have a Bachelor's in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in a mechanical contractor role, with strong knowledge of codes, BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with a Mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) Contractor.
• Knowledge of state HVAC and Plumbing codes, BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and Quickpen/Accubid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Construction Projects.
• Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Meet and coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, and Sub contractors; communicate with Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and helpers in the field.
