Michels Road & Stone, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead large concrete construction projects and multiple medium projects, ensuring profitability and timely completion. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, working through supervisors to meet goals within funding constraints.

The role requires strong construction knowledge, blueprints literacy, and travel across the upper Midwest. Proficiency in PM software and MS Office is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related construction management experience.
• 2 years experience in concrete construction project management.
• DOT operational experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints and plan sets.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with PM and estimating software (HCSS).
• Experience with scheduling software (P6).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Willingness to travel across the upper Midwest.
• Ability to work independently.
