Findorff, a Milwaukee-based construction firm, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout. You will support procurement, scheduling, and financial performance, while coordinating with clients and trade partners to deliver results.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience, strong problem solving, and solid knowledge of building systems and construction methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects valued at $20M or more from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage project challenges effectively.
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing.
• Experience with project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from early planning through closeout, supporting process, relationships, and results.
• Apply construction expertise to guide safe, informed day-to-day decisions and keep projects moving forward.
• Assist with bidding, contracting, and subcontractor coordination to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop schedules, lead meetings, and coordinate with field teams and subs to keep projects on track.
• Track costs, support forecasting, and assist with change management to maintain financial performance.
