Job summary

King Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead lead commercial builds in Hancock County, ME. You will own commercial projects, keep schedules on track, manage submittals, and ensure field supervisors hit milestones, contributing to regional growth with a motivated team.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience managing government construction projects from initiation through closeout.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore or equivalent PM software.
Excellent written and verbal communication with subcontractors and clients.

Responsibilities

Create and enforce project schedules to meet critical deadlines.
Process submittals, RFIs, and requisitions to maintain momentum.
Lead regular meetings with subcontractors, field staff, and stakeholders.
Maintain daily communication with subcontractors to align jobsite expectations.
Monitor field operations to ensure adherence to approved construction schedules.
Collaborate with estimating and PM teams to manage costs.
