Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Service Officer in Brooklyn, OH to support end-to-end commercial loan closing and servicing for Middle Market, C&I, Agribusiness, and Real Estate‑secured loans. You will work with LOB, legal counsel and third parties to ensure timely, compliant closings and service delivery.

You will handle pre/post-closing activities, review documentation, and coordinate funding while upholding risk controls and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of related banking experience; understanding of commercial lending concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-closing services for a portfolio of complex loans.
• Collaborate with LOB, legal counsel, and third parties to ensure timely closings.
• Analyze risk, maintain compliance with approvals and policies.
• Prepare and review legal documents and covenants.
• Coordinate document execution and funding processes.
• Monitor reports such as Documentation Exceptions and Conditions of Approval.
