KeyBank is seeking a Commercial Loan Fulfillment professional to support end-to-end closing and servicing for Middle Market, C&I Lending, Agribusiness, and Real Estate‑Secured transactions. You will coordinate with internal lines of business and outside parties to drive timely, compliant loan execution.

You will work with the Commercial Operations Department leader for Middle Market Loan Fulfillment, handling pre- and post-closing activities, reviewing documents, and ensuring adherence to credit

Qualificações

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of related banking experience.
• Experience with commercial lending concepts and closing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pre- and post-closing services for a portfolio of complex loan structures.
• Collaborate in-person with LOB, legal counsel, and third parties to ensure timely closings and determine when legal engagement is required.
• Analyze and resolve risk-related issues, elevate exceptions, and ensure compliance with credit approvals and internal policies.
• Prepare and review legal documentation, including covenant waivers and Laser Pro Lending (LPL) documents.
• Coordinate electronic execution of documents and funding processes, including wire call-backs and fiduciary responsibilities for monetary transactions.
• Monitor and manage Reports such as Documentation Exceptions and Conditions of Approval in nCino.
• Conduct UCC, lien, and insurance reviews; confirm authorized signers and entity documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and pipeline discussions including onsite participation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and training compliance including onsite meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned; may change with notice.
• Complies with KeyBank policies and procedures, including professional conduct.
