Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial structured cabling.
• Proven leadership experience managing crews and job sites.
• Ability to read prints and run projects independently.
• Experience with copper termination and labeling, Fluke testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial structured cabling projects from kickoff to completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specs.
• Install and manage cable pathways.
• Troubleshoot cabling issues and test failures.
