Job summary

The LPX Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Commercial Building Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion as a general contractor, guiding planning, scheduling, and cost management.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field staff, develop master schedules, review submittals, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors level project management or related field preferred.
• Experience managing projects in the $1M–$10M range is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to create and manage a budget.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides and drives the project vision established with the client to upper management and stakeholders.
• Motivates project team members to realize the project vision.
• Oversees construction projects from start to finish with a master project schedule.
• Reviews submittals for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Maintains project cost control and timely procurement.
