Job summary

Mason Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead Audio Visual Installation Technician to join our on-site team across NYC, NJ, Long Island, and Westchester. You will install, test, and commission AV systems in commercial environments, leading crews and coordinating with PMs to deliver polished results.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in AV installation, proficient wiring, networked AV devices, and a track record of safe, professional installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Audio-Visual installation.
• Experience reading AV drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate with PMs on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV installation teams on-site across NYC, NJ, Long Island, and Westchester.
• Install and configure networked AV devices such as Dante and AV-over-IP.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate AV systems in commercial environments.
• Read and follow AV drawings, signal flow diagrams, and schematics.
• Collaborate with leads, PMs, and other trades on-site and ensure safe, polished handoffs.
