Job summary

Mason Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead Audio Visual Installation Technician to join our NYC-area team for on-site integration work across NYC, NJ, Long Island, and Westchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV installation, wiring, and system setup, delivering clean, reliable, and professional work in commercial environments.

You should be comfortable traveling, reading drawings, and coordinating with leads, PMs, and other trades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Audio-Visual installation.
• Ability to read AV drawings, schematics and layouts.
• Comfortable traveling to job sites in NYC/NJ/Long Island/Westchester.
• Lead or manage portions of AV projects and coordinate with trades.

Responsibilities

• Mounting and installing displays, projectors, speakers, cameras, microphones, and control hardware.
• Pulling, dressing, labeling, and terminating AV cabling.
• Building and wiring AV racks and configuring networked AV devices.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and validating AV systems in commercial spaces.
