Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial middle market banking experience (credit structuring & analysis, sales, risk assessment).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, credit risk assessment, and underwriting principles.
• Experience with complex commercial credit structures and transactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with nCino or related banking systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Analysts to support growth and performance.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide coaching and career development.
• Recruit, onboard, and train Analysts for successful integration and progression.
• Provide guidance on complex credit structures and financial analysis.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and resource allocation for coverage and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Underwriting and stakeholders to optimize processes.
