Job summary

Wisconsin Electric Power, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Combustion Turbine Engineer at our Oak Creek, Wisconsin location. The engineer will provide SME-level engineering support, manage outages, and oversee contractor work to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

The role involves coordinating with plant personnel and stakeholders, planning maintenance events such as combustion inspections and major overhauls, and ensuring safe, compliant operation of power generation

Qualifications

• Experience supporting power plant O&M activities and outages.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and plant staff.

• Provide technical and operational support for power plant O&M activities, capital improvements, thermal performance management, and asset reliability initiatives.
