Ray Laethem Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair department. The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and a proven ability to run body shop operations efficiently and profitably.

You will oversee daily operations, manage technicians and staff, ensure timely repairs and quality, handle estimates and insurance relationships, and maintain effective communication with customers and management.

Qualificações

• Experience managing a collision repair or automotive body shop.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating, and insurance claims.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workflow, meet deadlines, and achieve financial production goals.
• Familiarity with estimating and shop management software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the body shop and ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead and motivate technicians, painters, estimators, and support staff.
• Monitor production schedules, repair quality, cycle time, and overall shop performance.
• Manage estimates, repair orders, parts coordination, and insurance company relationships.
• Maintain communication with customers, insurance adjusters, service advisors, and dealership management.
• Develop and maintain a positive, productive, customer-focused work environment.
