Job summary

Ray Laethem Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our busy dealership in Detroit. You will perform collision repairs, replace damaged panels, and ensure proper disassembly and reassembly of vehicles.

This role works closely with estimators, painters, and parts staff in a fast-paced team environment. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive flat-rate pay, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k), and paid holidays with PTO

Qualifications

• Previous body shop experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision and body repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, doors, fenders, and related components.
• Properly disassemble and reassemble vehicles.
