Job summary

Purple Drive Technologies seeks a Data Catalog & Lineage Specialist to lead the implementation of enterprise-wide metadata management and data lineage. You will design, implement, and operationalize data governance practices across cloud and on-premise platforms, partnering with data engineering and governance teams.

Expertise in Collibra, AWS-based data architectures, Snowflake, and relational databases is required to ensure data is discoverable, trusted, and compliant across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Collibra data catalog and lineage modules.
• Strong knowledge of AWS data architecture (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda).
• Expertise in Snowflake and relational databases.
• Proven ability to implement data lineage and metadata management solutions.
• Ability to identify and manage PII and sensitive data elements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise data catalog and lineage solutions using Collibra.
• Develop metadata management frameworks and standards across the organization.
• Enable end-to-end data lineage across cloud and on-premise systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data is discoverable and compliant.
• Drive adoption of data governance frameworks and best practices.
