Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least three years of coaching in Cheerleading at high school or collegiate level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to student-athlete welfare, academic success, NCAA/University rules.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, supervise, and conduct all practice sessions and conditioning.
• Coach student-athletes during home and away competitions.
• Provide supervision and support to student-athletes during travel.
• Promote leadership, sportsmanship, and academic excellence.
• Oversee travel arrangements, lodging, meals, and program budget.
• Ensure NCAA/University rules compliance and timely reporting of violations.
• Assist with Colonial Crazies and RoMo mascot management.
• Occasional driving for the University; after-hours contact.
