Nuvative is seeking a Lead Collections Agent in Wichita, KS to lead a team of collection agents, drive performance, and maintain top-tier customer service. The role reports to the Collections Supervisor and offers a competitive hourly wage with potential monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities include coaching, KPI monitoring, reporting to senior management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in collections or two years in management in related field.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of collection agents to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
