RealCold is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. The role guides a team in a cold storage facility and interacts with the operations team to maintain high standards.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, schedule inventory control, and monitor performance to meet customer timelines. A strong safety mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-growing company are essential.

Formación

• Minimum three (3) years of distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) desired.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safety culture throughout the facility; safety is the top priority.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed at all times.
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and performance management.
• Schedule the inventory control team; monitor attendance and approve time sheets.
• Coordinate daily warehouse task assignments and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with the operations manager for performance evaluations.
• Develop cross-training to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Support SQF food safety objectives; maintain SQF compliance.
