Qualifications

• 1 year of front-of-house operations and/or other management positions experience.
• Some management experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register or POS system.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff to meet revenue and growth goals.
• Ensure friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Control cash and other receipts by following cash handling procedures.
• Ensure all labor and scheduling requirements are met.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow preventative maintenance.
• Understand all federal, state, and local regulations for health and safety.
