You will coach staff, schedule weekly shifts with labor cost awareness, monitor inventory, ensure health standards, and implement directives from upper management while developing future leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment with 40+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on strengths and growth.
• Create weekly shift schedules with cost-conscious labor planning.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling and deposits are correct.
• Develop new leaders and communicate directives from management.
• Delegate tasks to leadership to improve efficiency.
