Qualifications
- Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
- Adherence to store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
- Minimum 6 months experience interacting with customers.
- Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer modifications.
- Minimum 6 months experience delegating tasks and coordinating 2+ staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead with craft and heart to make the store a welcoming community space.
- Direct and coach team to meet service standards and customer needs.
- Ensure safety, cash handling, and adherence to operating policies.
- Support growth and development through on-the-job training and feedback.
