Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring a customer-focused team member at our Camp Hill location. You will greet customers, suggest products, provide samples, and help deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Maintain quality and safe food handling, follow merchandising guidelines, and contribute to store profitability. Prior barista or supervisory experience is preferred; U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and willingness to engage with customers.
• Barista experience or willingness to learn beverage preparation and cleaning procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide valid identification.
• Commitment to meeting performance standards, including attendance and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with each customer to enhance the experience.
• Effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases; provide product samples/demonstrations.
• Maintain quality assurance by serving items that meet standards and following safe food handling practices.
• Learn and demonstrate all brand standards for GIANT Company and Starbucks collaboration.
