Qualifications

• Must meet the company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Special skills: customer focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and connect with each customer.
• Effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience.
• Produce high quality products in accordance with company standards and demonstrate knowledge of safe food handling.
• Follow merchandising, stock rotation, and storage standards.
• Contribute to store profitability by following cash handling and inventory procedures.
