Medica in Omaha, NE is seeking a Supervisor of Coding Analysts and Claim Resolution Analysts to lead the Coding and Claims teams and drive timely issue resolution for members and providers across all products.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure turnaround times meet customer expectations while advancing root cause analysis and process improvements within Operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years of coding experience beyond degree.
• 1+ years of coding team leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Supervise coding and claim teams and oversee issue resolution.
• Identify processing errors and root cause patterns.
• Coordinate resources to resolve operational issues with internal and vendor partners.
• Communicate with providers and members about issues and document in ePIL.
• Monitor project status and report progress to stakeholders.
