Job summary

Medica is seeking a Supervisor of the Coding Analysts and Claim Resolution Analysts to oversee coding and claim resolution teams. You will support timely issue resolution for members and providers, and drive root-cause analysis with internal and vendor partners.

The role requires leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to work onsite ~3 days/week at multiple regional offices. Salary range is competitive with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years of work experience beyond degree in coding.
• 1+ years of coding team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Coding Analysts and Claim Resolution Analysts; manages performance and reviews.
• Coordinates resources across departments and vendor partners to resolve issues.
• Leads root-cause analyses and communicates with providers, members, and internal customers.
