Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Coding and Claim teams and resolve member or provider issues.
• Identify root causes and coordinate with internal and vendor partners.
• Manage performance, coaching, and annual reviews for staff.
• Coordinate resources and monitor project status across stakeholders.
