Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology seeks a skilled CNC Technician IV to join our Austin, TX campus. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC machining equipment to produce precision components for semiconductor systems.

The ideal candidate has advanced CNC experience, strong blueprint-reading, GD&T mastery, and hands-on inspection skills. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to improve cycle times, yields, and quality while mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Advanced CNC machining knowledge and strong blueprint-reading skills.
• Experience with machining aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, and semiconductor materials a plus.
• Experience with machine setup, offsets, tool changes, and fixture alignment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, routers, lathes and other automated equipment.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, work instructions and GD&T requirements.
• Select and adjust tooling, fixtures and offsets to meet tolerances.
• Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspections with precision tools.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
