Rise Technical seeks a Lead Application Engineer to be the technical expert for Swiss CNC applications in the Minneapolis office. You will support pre- and post-sales activities, prove parts, estimate cycles, and select tooling for diverse client projects.

You will travel to client sites to train engineering teams, optimize machine performance, and contribute to project estimates to ensure manufacturability and quality. A growth-focused role at a market-leading company.

Qualifications

• Swiss CNC knowledge required for pre- and post-sales support.
• CAD/CAM programming capability essential for part proofs and tooling decisions.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss CNC machines and methods desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support pre- and post-sales activities for customer machines.
• Work on projects involving cycle times, part proving, and tooling selection.
• Program CNC Swiss machines and optimize machine performance.
