Rise Technical in Minneapolis is seeking a Lead Application Engineer to become the technical expert for CNC Swiss projects. You will support pre- and post-sales activities, prove concepts, and estimate parts for a range of custom client projects while travelling to site.

You will program CNC Swiss, optimise tooling, and drive machine performance. This role offers a challenging, varied workload with frequent client interaction and the chance to upskill engineering teams on client sites.

• CAD/CAM programming experience required.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss CNC machines and methods.

In this role you will be the technical expert for the Minneapolis office, supporting CNC Swiss applications. You will be the go to for internal and external stakeholders to support both the pre and post sales activities. You will be CNC programming, proving parts, cycle times, choosing tooling, supporting machine performance and project estimates for a range of custom projects for clients. You will also be travelling to client sites to train and upskill their engineering teams.

The Role

• Supporting both pre and post sales activities for customer machines

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
