Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search seeks an experienced CNC Setup Technician to join a high-performance manufacturing team in the Dover, NJ area. The role focuses on setting up complex CNC equipment and manufacturing aerospace components with strong GD&T interpretation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machine setup experience.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T, blueprints, and drawings.
• Experience operating CNC turning, milling, grinding, and gear-shaping equipment.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
• Ensure all machinery is in proper working condition.
• Create CNC programming for fabrication and machining.
• Control machines and processes to meet production requirements.
• Operate and maintain CNC lathes, mills, and gear grinders.
• Set up CNC machines independently with accuracy and efficiency.
• Interpret GD&T, blueprints, and drawings to ensure proper machining.
• Select tooling, speeds/feeds, and establish machining strategies.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part quality.
• Apply GMP throughout all production activities.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
