Job summary

B&A Precision in the United States is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe machinist for 1st shift. The role involves setting up and operating 2- and 3-axis CNC horizontal lathes, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet tight tolerances.

You will work with Fanuc controls, use GD&T and precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions, contribute to a team-based environment, and be paid a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC lathe experience.
• Proficient reading of blueprints and GD&T.
• Skilled with Fanuc controls and G-code programming.
• Able to set up and run 2- and 3-axis CNC horizontal lathes.
• Detail-oriented with strong measurement and inspection skills.

B&A Precision, CNC manufacturing company which has been in business for over 50 years manufacturing components for the Aerospace, Defense, and Medical industries, is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe machinist with the following skill sets:

1. Ability to set up and run 2 and 3 axis CNC horizontal lathes.

2. Familiarity with Fanuc controls.

3. Solid knowledge of G-code programming.

4. Experience with bar feeding systems a plus.

5. Ability to read blueprints and working knowledge of GD&T is desirable.

6. Competence in the use of various measuring instruments and gages to verify both production and first piece dimensions.

7. Willing to work in a team-based environment.

8. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

9. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.

10. This is a full-time, 1st

    shift position and pays an extremely competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
